I have tried various resistance bands over the years, and these immediately stood out as being a higher-quality set than many of the bargain options floating around online.
The packaging itself is pretty unimpressive, so don't expect some fancy presentation when you open the box. Fortunately, the actual bands are much nicer than the packaging suggests. The bands arrived clean, with no sticky residue and, perhaps most importantly, none of that strong rubber smell that some exercise bands have when they're new.
One thing I really like is the range of resistance levels included. A lot of sets seem to focus heavily on lighter bands that many people quickly outgrow. This set includes some genuinely useful heavier resistance options, making it suitable for a much wider range of exercises and fitness levels. The color coding makes it easy to grab the band you want, and each band has the resistance range clearly printed right on it.
The bands are also long enough for full-body exercises. I've used them for rows, presses, curls, stretches, mobility work, and assisted pull-ups without feeling limited by the length.
I also tried them for assisted pull-ups and they work well for that purpose. That said, if you're just starting pull-ups or need a lot of assistance, you may want a dedicated heavier band than the strongest one included in this set. For moderate assistance, though, these should work just fine.
Durability appears very good. Obviously only long-term use will tell the full story, but the material feels substantial and the bands stretch smoothly without feeling flimsy. They give the impression of being built to last.
The included exercise sheet provides a few example movements, but realistically most people will probably look online for workout ideas and routines. That's not really a criticism as there are thousands of resistance-band workouts available online and the basics are easy to learn.
These bands look very similar to a number of other sets sold on Amazon, but based on the quality of the materials, finish, and overall feel, I have no complaints. Compared with other sets, the pricing seems fair and competitive.
Overall, the packaging won't impress anyone, but the bands themselves absolutely do. Good resistance range, clear markings, no unpleasant odor, suitable for assisted pull-ups, and solid overall quality. I'm very pleased with this set.
