How to use this Bian Stone
1. FOR FACE
The V edge
Perfectly hugs the chin, nose, cheekbone, brow bone, the back of the neck.

-Hold the Gua Sha Bianstone and glide it gently up and out, starting with the neck, jawline, chin, and around the mouth, between five and seven times per area,then sweep across cheeks and gently glide under the eyes, across your eyebrows and from your forehead up to your hairline. we suggest to treatment at least a few times a week for best results.
-Is best done after both cleansing the face and applying a moisturizer or facial oil,as the gua massage not only gives your skin a ‘workout,’ but also helps products’ nutrients absorb better into skin.
2. FOR BODY
USE THE LONG EDGE
-Gua Sha is especially helpful for stiff necks, shoulder pain, back pain.
-Lubricate the affected partwith a massage oil,muscle-relief balm or even vegetable oil.
-Press and scrape in one direction with even strokes until the “sha”(refers to the reddened bruises) appears.
-Stay on flesh and muscle, do not scrape over the spine or boney areas.

Bian stones were formed about 65 million years ago when a meteorite collided with Earth in Shandong, China.It only exists around the crater and is very precious.
