How To Use:

Step 1: Apply Oil

Prep your skin with oil to provide the perfect slip for gua sha with your Aura Stone.

Step 2: Focus On One Area

Rather than doing gua sha over the entire body, pick one spot to focus on — the thighs, abdomen, upper arm etc. Do several passes over the area.

Step 3: Use Firm Pressure

When working over the body, you can use firm pressure to relieve pain and tension. You can use firm pressure and it should feel good. Never use firm pressure on the face.

Step 4: Drink Water

You are stimulating your body’s detox response with gua sha. Make sure to hydrate, just as you would after a massage.

How It’s Made
